I have for as long as I can remember always felt like I was different. I was always told I was too sensitive, too emotional; so I went through life pretending and hiding the truth because of fear of rejection and judgement. I was told once by a “high pr​iestess” that I was a clairsentience ("clear feeling," "clear sensing" the ability to feel the present, past or future physical and emotional states of others).

I had no idea what that meant at that time of my journey; all I knew was that she told me things about myself that no one could ever know and foretold many things that were going to happen.

A great deal of those predictions have come true.

Still not accepting or understanding what she meant, I continued to go through life as normal as possible, and “now and again” would think about what she said.

 As time went on I started to become more interested in understanding the unexplained and started to question why I felt different. The more I continued to research the “psychic and healing realms" the more “aware” I became that I was indeed given a “gift."  This “gift” sometimes felt like a “curse”. I finally understood what it was that I was feeling throughout my life -- “empathy towards others”, which lead me to a name – ”EMPATH." Finally a name for this “gift, "I am an “Intuitive Empath."

The more my enthusiasm and desire to learn continues, the more I wanted to know and so I became the student.

I have embraced and accepted that I am an “Intuitive Empath” and by doing so a whole new world opened up to me.

And so my healing and spiritual journey of awakening and ascension began; bringing many more synchronicities into my life; one being Reiki which appeared to me some years ago. With this new found information I have finally acknowledged and accepted that it was to be part of my journey of 

"PURPOSE and DESTINY".

I continued to follow my path which led me to becoming a Reiki Master and Teacher. Reiki has assisted me on a path of healing not only for myself but also to assist others in their healing process.

As I continue my spiritual journey as an Intuitive Empath and Reiki Master and Teacher and the more I practice my art, the more profound my healing sessions have become; leading me to the activation of my heightened abilities and gifts (shamanic abilities, clairvoyance, channelling, claircognizance, etc.).

During many of my sessions, messages for my clients and visions about their lives, feelings and thoughts come through. Sometimes I see loved ones and guides who are important to my clients healing. I have also tapped into past lives during sessions. I strongly believe in past lives, I believe past lives play a big part in an individual's "soul's evolution." 

With this knowing I have been guided to learn Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) a form of hypnosis used to regress and assist a client to time travel to the most appropriate time and place of a past life to find the parts of them that need to be healed or a lesson they need to learn.

QHHT was discovered by Dolores Cannon. She developed and perfected her unique method of hypnosis, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) over several decades and thousands of QHHT sessions.

I also work with spirit animals and helping spirits from the earthly and higher dimensional realms, therefore, spirit animals and other deities may come in during a session with a message or guidance for my client. Everything I see, hear and feel during a session will focus on each clients personal experiences and healing.

I have learned a great deal on my spiritual journey and each experience and lesson has "Awakened" me to "My Truth" to "My Purpose." As I continue to learn, I continue to grow with greater awareness, knowledge and understanding which has lead me to becoming "the Teacher." As I become the Teacher I am able to help others on their healing journey of self discovery.

 Our Soul's journey is about experiencing and learning lessons so that we can come back "Home", back to our "Truth" back to our "Heart'" which is our

"True Divinity"

As each lesson is learned another gift is revealed and my journey of self discovery continues. I embrace and give gratitude for the amazing blessings that continue to appear on my "Spiritual Journey" back to my heart.

I will continue to embrace all that is sent my way with open arms to learn, grow and share each experience with others who are struggling and trying to connect to their "true self".
