The Reiki Level I Class is a practitioner's initiation into Reiki and prepares your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies for accepting and channeling the new vibration of Divine energy that will be flowing through you from the time of the attunement and after. This power never leaves you once you are a channel for Reiki energy you are connected for life. The chakras are aligned, the physical organs and tissues are energized and healed and your spiritual channels to your higher self and divine are opened up and prepared for spiritual awakening. Once a person is attuned, they can heal themselves and those around them. The focus during Level I is on opening the energy channels on a physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the universal life force energy, which flows from the universe through the crown of the head and down to the heart and hands.
